When you place an order: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, phone number (if you give one), your state, local government and delivery address, plus any delivery instructions or note you add. When you send a price proposal: your name, email, WhatsApp number, phone number (if given) and your message. When you send a message through the contact page: your name, email, phone number and the message itself.

Your details are used to process your order, arrange delivery, send confirmations and delivery updates, and reply to your messages. Nothing is used for marketing without your agreement.

Your WhatsApp number or phone may be used to contact you about your order, delivery or offer.

Card and bank details are never seen or stored by this store. Payments are handled entirely by a licensed payment provider on its own secure page.

Your delivery details are shared with the courier handling your parcel, and your email is shared with the service used to send order emails. Your information is never sold.

Order records, including your name, contact details and delivery address, are kept permanently for bookkeeping and to handle any questions about past orders. They are not deleted on request. You can still ask through the contact page to correct wrong details, or to stop receiving messages that aren't about an order.
